Very good experience right from the beginning, when we consulted with them about the design we wanted, got a good price, and they delivered on time.
A couple of years later, the paint started peeling, and we realized that we had given them house paint, and not metal paint. We bought the appropriate paint in the appropriate color; they immediately removed the gate, re-prepped the metal, repainted and we had our gate back in a very short time.
They are professional, friendly, and easy to work with.

Everyone we dealt with at international ornamental ironworks was great. From Javier came out to measure and made great recommendations on how to make our gate more secure to Marcela in the office and the guys who actually made our gate who suggested options to make it secure and pretty as well (no ugly metal mesh or plastic). Prompt and professional - couldn't recommend them more.

Kudos to International Ornamental Iron works! In November I ordered a front security gate for my home. It took 3 months to manufacture, but boy, was it worth the wait. The installation was seamless, the crew paid attention to every detail, and to my amazement, the gate actually enhanced the appearance of my home. It's gorgeous!
I almost hate to recommend them, because I have another job for them, and several of my neighbors have asked for their contact information, too. But - what can I do? They are a class act.
VERY reasonable price, great communication, and completely professional service.
